Baby D's First Time in Target

yesterday while the Hubs was home
[cause i'm still not allowed to carry the baby AND the carseat..........psh i know what your thinking....lammmmme!]
we all went out on our first family outing.
for diapers.
and birthday presents.
because 90% of the family is born in August
[reason numer 1 why little man had to be out by the end of July...he just BARELY made it in time!]


here is what an outing with us looks like:


step 1: pack big huge diaper bag.
step 2: take out things that seem unnecessary
step 3: hubsy then looks at diaper bag [and usually puts back what I took out]
step 4: diaper/onesie/clean spit up off of/look at the baby
step 5: remember that I haven't brushed or even looked at my hair all day, and do that reaaaaaaaaaaaally quick like.
step 6: if lucky, baby won't need to be re-diapered/onsied/cleaned up [if not so lucky...then do that]
step 7: turn off all lights in the apartment
step 8: remember you have to put baby in the carseat
step 9: struggle with the strong little mans hands and feet to make him all safe and snuggley while he's throwing a fit about it
step 10: FINALLY walk out the apartment.


and THIIIIIIIIIIIIIIS is what he looks like at Target.
